Weld Engineer
Full-time Job Description: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required. Will work with design for development of tooling and fixtures. Will be required to develop new or modify current welding methods, techniques and procedures to lead improvement efforts on new and existing product. Certified AWS, CWI certified welding certificate, VT certification is a plus. |
General Laborers
Full-time / Part-time Job Description: These individuals will be trained in one or more areas throughout the plant. Positions to be filled will include: fitting, grinding, polishing, deburr, tacking, tube fabrication, parts mover, and punch press. |
Furnace Operator
Full-time Job Description: This individual will need to have some mechanical ability, be able to read blueprints, perform basic shop math, maintain appropriate tolerances, and be able to set furnace temperature, time, and cycles. |
Inspector
Full-time Job Description: This position requires complex shop math and the mechanical ability to understand and operate machinery, read measuring instruments, blueprints, and sketches to perform inspection, flow and pressure tests. |
Laser Operator
Full-time Job Description: This person needs to have a basic CNC machining background with minor programming and editing skills. |
Toolmaker
Full Time Job Description: This person must have a great deal of independent initiative and technical creativity; will be required to work closely with Engineering, Drafting and production departments. Some of the functions will include designing, building, and repairing piece or progressive dies, fixtures, jigs, gages, jaws, and tooling. |
Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Full Time Job Description: This individual will be required to supervise, train, direct, and assist personnel to assure production schedules are met. Will assign work and ensure all processes are followed and completed in an efficient and timely manner. |
Process Engineer
Full Time Job Description: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Automation background is a plus. Daily activities would include following new and existing product throughout the shop. Will need to address throughput problems in order to ensure schedules and deadlines are met and develop new processes that will increase efficiency, quality, and or decrease cost. |
