CNC Machinist:

​​Job Description:
This individual will work closely with the Toolroom, Engineering and all Production Supervisors and employees. Must be able to make adjustments to tooling and programs, and make minor programming changes with little supervision. The functions of this job will include: surface grinding, conventional mill, EDM, CNC Mill/Late and other related equipment.

​​This person must have a great deal of independent initiative and technical creativity; will be required to work closely with Engineering, Drafting and production departments.
Job duties include designing, building, and repairing pierce or progressive dies, fixtures, jigs, gages, jaws and tooling, burning out taps, sharpening drills, and cutters assemble units, troubleshooting, cutting steel work with tolerances of /-.0002.

Design Engineer

​​Job Description:
Will design and create tool drawings of form dies, assembly fixtures, and inspection fixtures pertaining to the sheet metal fabrications. Must have 3d modeling and blueprint reading experience. This self-motivated individual will work within a team of engineers and toolmakers. Siemens NX CAD, Mastercam software and GD&T experience is a plus, but not needed.
