CNC Machinist
Full Time Job Description: This individual will work closely with the Toolroom, Engineering and all Production Supervisors and employees. Must be able to make adjustments to tooling and programs, and make minor programming changes with little supervision. The functions of this job will include: surface grinding, conventional mill, EDM, CNC Mill/Lathe and other related equipment. |
Inspector
Full Time Job Description: This position requires complex shop math and the mechanical ability to understand and operate machinery, read measuring instruments, blueprints, and sketches to perform inspection, flow and pressure tests. |
Toolmaker
Full Time Job Description: This person must have a great deal of independent initiative and technical creativity; will be required to work closely with Engineering, Drafting and production departments. Some of the functions will include designing, building, and repairing piece or progressive dies, fixtures, jigs, gages, jaws, and tooling. |
Manufacturing Engineer
Full Time Job Description: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Automation background is a plus. Daily activities would include following new and existing product throughout the shop. Will need to address throughput problems in order to ensure schedules and deadlines are met and develop new processes that will increase efficiency, quality, and or decrease cost. |
