Corry Manufacturing’s tube bending department has a complete offering of CNC benders including beading, swaging, and roll forming capabilities. The repeatability of the form dictates our success in robotic and computerized welding. Corry’s Laser Vision inspection capabilities make sure we yield the most demanding shapes per the blueprint.

Our laser capabilities include 5 Axis CO2 and YAG laser and double palletized CO2 flatbed laser. These laser systems provide microscopic accuracy in cutting, trimming, and welding of precision shapes or high speed drilling in the fly.

We also offer the ability to laser mark including 2-D marking. Laser marking produces a clear, legible alphanumeric marking. Accuracy is assured by scanning of bar codes from controlled shop routers, which have been preprogrammed to the customer’s specific marking requirements.
